Notary Public Services:

Acknowledgements - $15/ per signature
Certified Copy of Power of Attorney - $15 for each Power of Attorney
Oaths and Affirmations - $15
Jurats- $15/person for oath or affirmations and certificate

Loan Package Signings (In-Office):

"Local" (within 5 miles of 90094) In-Escrow-Office/ or Other Business Office Loan Signing - $150 .00 (Travel Fees included in In-Office Loan Packages)
FedEx / UPS drop-off - $20

Travel Fees:

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Playa Vista)- $0
"Local" Travel Fees (between a 0-5 mile radius from 90094) - $20.00
Any area 5.1-10 mile radius - $40
More Than 10 miles- Contact me for rates

Other Fees:

Faxing - $1 per page and E-Docs $1 per printed page
Photocopies - $1 each
Excessive Waiting Times - After first 30 minutes - $15 every 15 minutes there after
Call for quote for Orange County & Ventura County or other counties
Notary Signing Cancellation Fee $75.00 (if less than 2 hours)
Airport Emergency Notarization $50.00 Plus $10.00 per notarized signature
Group discounts to Real Estate, Title Companies, Escrow Companies, Mortgage Organization, who have daily multiple regular daily documents signings
All fees are negotiable

Legal Requirements:

Proof of Identification is REQUIRED for ALL signing parties.
Parties signing must understand what they are signing and are doing so of their own free will.
We, as Notary Publics, cannot explain the documents, if you have questions please contact your loan agent or the party responsible for drafting the document.
If witnesses are required, please make arrangements to have them present.
Notary traveling fees are not specified as a part of the notarization; they are a traveling fee only.

According to the Secretary of State...

Our state of California has the established maximum per signature fee for all notarial services in California. All California state mobile notary fees must adhere to those regulations. All of my fees adhere to these regulations. However, this fee regulation does not apply to or include mobile notary travel fees to your home, office or other local locations.
