My retainer provides for a minimum of 10 hours (Silver Package) of my time each month. If you require more time reserved each month, we can adjust your retainer upwards in any increment, preferably to a Gold or Platinum Package, but 10 hours is the minimum.

I bill additional time in 10-minute increments. Invoices are emailed on the 25th of each month for the following month's retainer. Payment is due by the 1st of each month. Hours worked over the retainer amount after the 25th will be billed on the last day of the month and payment is due by the 5th of the following month. I accept all major credit card payments via PayPal.

Retainer hours are tracked from the 1st calendar day to the last calendar day of each month. All retainer hours must be used before close of business on the last workday of each month or you will lose them. Unused time will not be rolled over to the next month. Fees paid for unused hours are non-refundable. I will gently prompt you to delegate your administrative tasks, but this is primarily your responsibility.
